A stiffer chassis and an improved electronic power steering system was done to the 2015 BRZ
Subaru recently revealed some updates to the 2015 BRZ along with a new entry level model that can cater to those that will customize the car in the future.
The chassis has been stiffened up and the electronic power steering has been improved as well. Inside, a satin silver finish for the steering wheel and gear lever is now available for sprucing up the cabin.
The range-topping 'S' model also gets new standard equipment like cruise control, instrument panel speakers and an 8-speaker system with a power amplifier.
Subaru also unveiled a new entry level model of the BRZ called the 'R Customize Package' which is basically a stripped down model that was designed for buyers that will further modify the BRZ or possibly use their cars for racing. Priced lower than the other models on offer, it only has basic features like a manual aircon, floor silencer and a trunk mat.
The refreshed 2015 Subaru BRZ will go on sale on April 16, 2015 in Japan. Subaru PH has yet to confirm if they will offer the updated BRZ along with the new entry level R model.
