Boasts of 350 PS and can go 0-100 km/h in 2.6 seconds
Ariel has teamed-up with the local police force and redesigned their track car the Atom to look like a police car complete with emergency lights, a siren and police livery.
It comes standard with Atom equipment including the Honda 2.0L supercharged engine that has been tuned to produce 350HP and mated to a sequential gearbox actuated by pneumatic paddle-shifters. Since it weighs only 550 kgs., it will shoot the Atom PL from 0-100 km/h in 2.6 seconds.
No you won’t be seeing it chasing you down EDSA or any other street for that matter because this is a project worked on exclusively with the municipalities of Avon and Somerset to help promote Ariel’s Safer Rider campaign ahead of the launch of their all-new Ariel motorcycle late this year.
