Audi has released the first sketches of the new 4-seat electric concept
With the electric-only powertrain of the four-seat A2 concept, Audi is offering another glimpse into the future of electric mobility at the 64th International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt.
The Audi A2 concept is just 3.8 meters long, 1.69 meters wide and 1.49 meters high, and has space for 4 occupants. Its clean appearance concentrates on the essentials; all details are subtle but shaped for visual impact. The concept has a lot of high tech details, including a glass roof that becomes transparent at the touch of a button as well as the next phase in LED headlamp technology, with a package of LEDs and microreflectors that generate a high-resolution and non-glaring high-beam light.
The car will have electric drive, though Audi has yet to reveal details about the A2 Concept's power train.
