Features new three-cylinder diesel and petrol engines
Audi revealed the facelifted A1 and A1 Sportback models which will be available either with a three-cylinder petrol or diesel engines.
As a facelifted model, the headlights of the 2015 A1 models are redesigned to look sharper and more aggressive. The 2015 A1 models also have a revised grill and bumper. Moreover, Audi says the vehicles are longer by 3980mm compared to the previous models.
Inside, the cabin features chrome trim accents, circular aircon vents, three-spoke steering wheel and MMI infotainment control system that has a WiFi hotspot function. Audi will offer customization options ranging from colored aircon vents to decorative decals for the body. The automaker also offers active kits that include customized addon parts and different wheel designs.
Under the hood, a number of engines are available including the new three-cylinder diesel and petrol engines. The 1.0-liter petrol engine delivers 96 PS while the 1.4-liter diesel engine generates 91 PS.
The vehicle can also be powered by a 1.4-liter direct injection petrol engine that produces 125 PS. The engine line up also includes a 1.6-liter diesel engine that generates 116 PS; a 1.8-liter petrol engine with 192 PS; and a 2.0-liter TFSI engine with 234 PS.
