Month-long repair starts tomorrow

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is issuing one final reminder to motorists about the closure of the Ayala Bridge starting March 21 until April 20 for repairs and advising them about the detailed rerouting plan to avoid traffic congestion on Quezon Boulevard, United Nations (UN) Avenue, Taft Avenue, Legarda, Quirino, Recto, Magsaysay and Roxas Boulevard.

Traffic re-routing for Ayala-Bridge

Northbound

All vehicles from Romualdez Street, turn left to Ayala Blvd., then right to Taft Avenue and take Quezon or Jones Bridge to destination.

All vehicles coming from Roxas Blvd./Taft Avenue, use Quezon or Jones Bridge towards Quezon Blvd. to destination (vice versa).

Southbound (via Otis or Pres. Quirino. Ave.)

All vehicles coming from Magsaysay Blvd., Legarda St. and Lacson Ave. use Nagtahan/Mabini Bridge, right at M. Guazon St. (Otis), straight to UN Avenue to destination.

From Magsaysay Blvd., Legarda St. and Lacson Ave., use Nagtahan/ Mabini Bridge straight to Pres. Quirino (vice versa)

Southbound (via P. Casal Street)

All vehicles coming from P. Casal Street, turn right at Carlos Palanca Road toward McArthur Bridge to destination.
