Seven Bentley Continental GT Speeds specially customized with Breitling-inspired motifs
The luxury brand from Crewe, UK recently took their Continental GT Speed to new heights as the automaker recently revealed the very limited Breitling Jet Team Series of cars. Designed by the company's special styling division, Mulliner, each grand tourer will mirror the design of each of the seven airplanes that form the Breitling Jet Team.
Immediately seen on the outside is the two-tone paint job that consist of Hallmark and Onyx. Providing contrast to the metallic finish is the iconic Breitling yellow that has been applied on car's bodykit.
The striking yellow theme also makes its way aboard the grand tourer as Mullinter applied it on the Bentley's dashboard trim, center console, gear lever, leather seats and door trim. Also seen inside the car is a carbon fiber dashboard panel that displays the jets in their signature Avenger flight formation. The corresponding jet that the car is based on is highlighted in yellow on the panel.
Completing the interior décor is a special tread plate that individually numbers each car.
Powering Bentley's fastest production car will still be the 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12 that cranks out 635 PS along with 819 Nm of torque.
“The Continental GT Speed Breitling Jet Team Series demonstrates the level of customization Mulliner can achieve for customers. Creating this very special edition has been an exciting experience for the entire team, taking inspiration from the Breitling Jet Team's grand tour,” said Geoff Dowding, Director of Mulliner.
All 7 cars will have their public debut on July 31, 2015 at the 2015 Boeing Seafair Airshow in Seattle.
