Caltex introduces new Havoline engine oils with Deposit Shield Technology

Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), which markets the Caltex brand in the country, has launched three new Havoline engine oils at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City.

The three new products includes the Havoline ProDS Fully Synthetic ECO 5 SAE 5W-30; Havoline Synthetic Blend SAE 5W-30; and Havoline Super 4T Synthetic Blend SAE 10W-40.

On the other hand, the Havoline Synthetic Blend is a combination of selected mineral oils, synthetic base fluids and additive technology that delivers “enhanced oxidation stability.”

Lastly, the Havoline Super 4T Synthetic Blend is a four-stroke motorcycle oil that is designed to control oxidation in order to deliver “optimum power release and acceleration.”

In addition, CPI’s Havoline engine oils comes with Deposit Shield Technology which features a protective coating that shields the engine from deposits, metal-to-metal contact, corrosive agents and extreme temperature. CPI goes on by saying that this technology works to “maintain a clean, smooth running engine for optimum protection and performance.”
