Joining forces

In light of the recent crisis that has struck the heart of Japan, the country's two largest industries -electronics and automobiles- have joined forces to hold the 2011 Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies (CEATEC) and the 42nd Tokyo Motor Show simultaneously. The aim of this initiative is to jointly communicate a message of recovery and reconstruction after the Great East Japan Earthquake.

The IT/electronics and automobile industries are key industries of Japan and their strategies and actions are getting attention from industries and markets of Japan and the world.

The joint show is the result of the deep conviction that will serve as a statement of the resilience of Japanese manufacturing and industry.

The event will be held at Tokyo Big Sight.
