Chevrolet spruces up the 2016 Corvette with three new styling packages
Chevrolet has just announced that the updated 2016 Corvette will be available with three new styling packages along with two new paint finishes and additional exterior / interior trimming.
The first design package for the Corvette is called Twilight Blue which features a Shark Gray, Blade Silver, Arctic White or Night Race Blue exterior finishes that is paired with gray brake calipers. It also gets polished motorsport wheels, a rear spoiler, a Twilight Blue interior and Magnetic Ride Control.
Next is is the Spice Red Design which blankets the interior with a red hue while the outside gets a rear spoiler and polished motorsport wheels found in the Twilight Blue design package. The same exterior colors mentioned in the first styling package is also available in the Spice Red Design package.
The last of the new styling packages is called Jet Black Suede Design which gets satin black wheels and soft-top, red brake calipers and a rear wing. The interior on the other hand gets a sueded microfiber trim that comes with carbon fiber décor.
Furthermore, Magnetic Ride Control will also come as standard for Spice Red and Jet Black Suede designs.
Standard models of the 2016 Corvette will get these optional extras such as: carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber badging that replaces the chrome bar on the front grill, two new exterior colors (Corvette Racing Yellow and Long Beach Red Metallic), a flat bottom steering wheel and two-tone GT seats that can be upholstered in either leather or sueded microfiber.
