'Notorious' Rolls-Royce Ghost has his face all over it, literally
Conor McGregor is known for many things including a grating attitude, a loud mouth, his outlandish spending, huge infatuation for cars and superb fighting skills.
These all came to a head a week prior to his big Lightweight title fight with Eddie Alvarez in UFC 205 when McGregor flaunted his brand new bespoke Ghost gifted by Rolls-Royce.
McGregor’s Ghost was customized by Rolls-Royce North America and comes with a matte black exterior and TVs in the cabin, which easily costs $350,000 – 100k more than the standard wheelbase model.
What makes this supercar standout is the custom gloss graphic overlays from WrapColors.com that display his moniker ‘Notorious’ and huge portrait right beside it, just in case you don’t know who ‘Notorious’ is yet.
“Each vehicle wrap to us is like making a custom suite for someone. You want it to look sharp, well put together, and ultimately reflect the man or woman driving the vehicle,” said WrapColors.com founder Danko Campese.
Aside from 20-inch rims, it’s 6.7L V12 that produces 459 PS and 791 Nm of torque to get it from 0-100 kph in just 5.8 seconds all the way to a top speed of 240 kph, there aren’t that many details regarding the level of customization done on McGregor’s car but with the fighters flamboyance, I wouldn’t put it past him to install some one-of-a-kind contraption on his newest whip.
Rolls-Royce North America shared images of the vehicle before McGregor posed with it and posted a photo of his personalized Ghost on his Instagram on November 8, 2016.
Four days after, McGregor made history by being the first UFC fighter to hold both the Featherweight and Lightweight titles in simultaneously.
