Rolls-Royce set to welcome the new Dawn
Rolls-Royce has released teaser images of the Dawn convertible, the open-top version of the Wraith.
The teaser photos doesn't reveal much, but the vehicle could have a pillarless door along with an analog clock and a wooden dashboard.
Rolls-Royce said that the Dawn will be a “sensuous drophead that promises a striking, seductive encounter like no other.
The company's CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös adds that the Dawn convertible is a “beautiful new open-top motor car with a name that suggests the fresh opportunities that every new day holds.”
The powertrain details of the Dawn convertible are yet to be released by Rolls-Royce. But since this vehicle is an open-top version of the Wraith, it could be powered by the same twin-turbo 6.6-liter V12 engine that delivers 632 PS and 800 Nm of torque.
The Rolls-Royce Dawn convertible is set to debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
