Quattroporte to celebrate first 100 years, while new concept to preview future
Maserati is set to celebrate their centennary at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show with the unveiling of a new concept car to steer its future and a limited to 100 units Quattroporte Ermenegildo Zegna Edition to celebrate each year of the Italian carmaker's life.
The limited-edition Quattroporte model is a realization of the concept car shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show last September to commemorate Maserati's 100th year. It features an interior exclusively designed by Italian luxury fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna with bespoke wool and fine leather, Zegna badges inside and out and a deep bronze paint finish. The combination can be described as a bespoke suit for a fine gentleman.
The GT concept car meanwhile is expected to preview the new styling direction for the brand as well as a new sports coupe to challenge the likes of the Jaguar F-Type and Porsche 911.
