Geneva 2015: NanoFlowcell Quantino EV concept boasts 1000km range image

NanoFlowcell Quantino will be electric vehicle for mass market

NanoFlowcell has revealed its first low-voltage vehicle called the Quantino concept during the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show. According to the automaker, the Quantino concept is developed to be an electric vehicle for the mass market that features an “extravagant [and] unique design.”

Up front, you can't help but notice the concept's sharp-looking headlights as well as the aggressive bumper. When viewed from the side, the Quantino concept is characterized by flowing lines and it is fitted with 22-inch wheels. On the other hand, the rear gets a large bumper along with distinctive taillights.

In terms of the dimension, the concept measures 3910mm long, 1930mm wide and 1335mm tall with a wheelbase of 3198mm.

The Quantino concept is NanoFlowcell's first low-voltage vehicle. It has a rated voltage of 48 V that can generate 127 PS. The company explains that the Quantino concept combines the nanoFlowcell setup with a buffer system and four electric motors, allowing the Quantino concept to reach a top speed of more than 200 km/h. It also has two 175-liter tanks filled with 350 liters of ionic liquids. With this, the company claims that the concept has a range of more than 1000km.
