Taking glamping to a new level
Jeep has revealed the Renegade Hard Steel concept ahead of its debut at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show.
Based on the Trailhawk, the concept is equipped with a “Brushed Steel” exterior along with a ventilated hood and matte black accents. The Renegade Hard Steel concept also comes with black mirror caps, a skid plate, a Mopar grill and a raised suspension. The concept is finished off with 16-inch alloy wheels with BF Goodrich all-terrain tires.
The concept is connected to a trailer which features a Wi-Fi hotspot and a touchscreen display that allows access to a number of online apps such as Deezer, TuneIn Radio, Reuters, Facebook and Twitter.
Jeep hasn't release the official interior photos of the said concept but, the automaker says the vehicle features a Frau leather seats along with a “Brushed Steel” trim and light grey stitching. Moreover, the Trailhawk logo is embroidered on the vehicle's headrests.
As of this writing, the powertrain details of the Renegade Hard Steel concept are yet to be announced by the automaker.
