Honda unleashes new CR-V
Sporting an upscale design, the double layer grille implies the new trend, aesthetics, and luxury incorporated. The sporty forward cabin design improves the aerodynamics and gives a wider view of the road. The CR-V's up front boasts of the projector type headlights, inducing better illumination and more focused projection of the light. The emotional window graphic design outlines a more dynamic and curvy window. A 17'' alloy wheel was designed for better traction and stance on the road. Stowing the spare tire under the floor completes the heightening of the CR-V, while the easy-to-open tailgate opens upward for improved styling and functionality.

With the new CR-V, all roads can be seized with the improved and advanced Real Time 4WD Dual Pump System, which can amazingly sense different road surfaces and automatically engages all-wheel power whenever greater traction is required. Under the hood lies the improved DOHC i-VTEC (Intelligent Variable Timing and Lift Electronic Control System) engine for 2.4 li, which produces 170 ps at 5800 rpm of power and generates more gear ratios. Thus, less stress on the engine and better fuel consumption can be achieved. Meanwhile, the new SOHC i-VTEC engine for 2.0 li, creates balance between power and fuel efficiency and produces 150 ps at 6200 rpm of power.
Emphasizing a utilitarian feel, a blue ambient light, conversation mirror, sunglass holder, and fifteen (15) utility storages can be found inside the CR-V. Enjoy the sound of luxury with the in-dash CD player. Plus, listen to mellow-light-rock raves with your MP3 players and infamous iPods.

The new CR-V comes in three variants and pricing starts at Php1.19M for the M/T 2.0L 2WD variant to Php1.45M for the premium 2.4L A/T 4WD variant.
