Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI) recently held the 4th National Body and Paint Technician's Contest at Honda Cars Manila. The winning tandem of Enrico Carreon and Conrado Nuque, Jr. of Honda Cars Laguna bested 16 other contenders from 8 qualified e-dealerships across the country. They garnered the highest scores in combined practical and written examinations that cover standard car body and paint repair process. Competition also included the search for the best service advisor. Competing service advisors are judged depending on how they adhere to repair estimates and repair cost computation standards. Jeffrey Dacanay of Honda Cars Alabang was hailed this year's best service advisor.

National Body & Paint Technician's Contest is a bi-annual activity that is aimed in promoting standard body and paint repair procedures and delivery of efficient and high quality services. Having "Caring for our customers and environment through superb body & paint technology" as theme, this year's competition aims to enhance workmanship quality, competency and accuracy for ultimate customer satisfaction.

"Now on our fourth run, we could clearly see the development of our technicians' skill level. We take pride that we have fostered a higher level of technical excellence, repair process standardization and customer service among our team for the greater satisfaction of our customers," said Danilo D. Pedro, HCPI's Customer Service Division Head.
