A new facelift version of the popular Mazda6 will make its world premiere at this year’s Geneva Motor Show in March.

This new, upgraded version enhances the strengths of its predecessor, retaining its fun-to-drive feeling and excellent fuel efficiency.
Improvements to refinement, cabin ambiance, environmental compatibility and safety performance are also in the books.

The new Mazda family face is introduced into the Mazda6 along with new headlamps and rear lights for a sportier appearance.

Six power units will be internationally available for the Mazda6 facelift, including a powerful new 2.0-liter DISI petrol engine that uses less fuel and produces fewer emissions than the 2.0-liter engine it replaces. Updated versions of the Mazda MZR 1.8 and 2.5-liter engines complete the petrol line-up.

The Mazda6 facelift also features new chassis settings and several new active safety features to improve the drive with a new pivoting adaptive front lighting system and hill-launch assist.
