Filipino Isuzu technicians finished on strong note
A team of mechanics from Isuzu Philippines Corporation's dealer network finished second in Category B (Emission Regulation for N-Series, Euro 4 or Lesser) at the recently concluded 9th Isuzu World Technical Competition held at the Isuzu Training Center in Kawasaki, Japan.
The Philippine team is composed of Isuzu's highly skilled technicians including Rey Bombita of Isuzu Pasig and Roel Gocela of Isuzu Davao. They were coached by Napoleon Marquez of Isuzu Philippines Corporation.
The team from Indonesia managed to finished first in Category B while Uzbekistan fell one spot below the Philippines completing the top three finishers.
In 2013 Team Isuzu Philippines finished in third place.
The Isuzu World Technical Competition is a contest designed for Isuzu's most accomplished service technicians, testing both their techniques and knowledge. It aims to heighten the level of the Japanese carmaker's service in every country it is present in. The ultimate goal is to provide Isuzu customers around the world with the best possible after-sales service.
