Caterham Cars revealed Seven, a limited edition vehicle designed by Formula One Japanese driver Kamui Kobayashi.

Only 10 units of the Kamui Kobayashi limited edition vehicle were produced and it will only be available in Japan with the price of JPY 6,000,000 (about PHP 2.6 million).

The Kamui Kobayashi limited edition vehicle has a high-gloss black paint finish that comes along with matt black sport stripes. Caterham says every model wears a number 10 on its nose which is Kobayashi’s F1 driver number. The front and rear wings are finished in carbon fiber with a Caterham green polish.

The single-seater car features an aluminum cover over the passenger seat area. There is also a single-sided rollover hoop to the rear bulkhead. The rear of the vehicle is also designed with a chrome exit exhaust system. Rounding up the exterior of the vehicle is the 13-inch diamond cut black wheels.

Inside, it has a carbon fiber dashboard with green polish, which will be personally signed by Kobayashi. It also features a carbon fiber sports seat with green contrasting stitching. A Kamui logo is infused in the head rest and a green Takata-branded 4-point harness add finishing touches to the interior.

The Kobayashi limited edition is powered by a 1.6-liter Ford Sigma engine that delivers 127 PS, achieving 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds with a top speed of 180 km/h. It has a six-speed manual transmission with a limited slip differential.
