Lotus Cars Manila opens its first dealership in Greenhills
British sports car maker Lotus Cars marks its arrival in the Philippines with a grand launch in its first official dealership in the country. The dealership is located in Greenhills, San Juan City and the Autohub Group, the official distributor for Lotus Cars, has displayed some of the cars that will be available for the Philippine market.
“We’re pleased to announce this newest and another milestone for Autohub Group, and it is with great pleasure that we’re given the chance to be part of this revolution to keep pace with the increasing customer demand and deliver the unique Lotus Pure Driving Experience here in the Philippines. So expect more bigger things to happen in the near future,” said Willy Tee Ten, president of the Autohub Group.
Lotus Cars Manila displayed four cars for its grand launch. These were the Elise S Club Racer, Elise 220 Cup, Exige S Roadster, and Evora S Sport Racer. According to Lotus, the cars displayes best embodies Lotus' philosophies in building sports cars. They say that “(Lotus Cars) enjoy a world renowned philosophy that represents intense passion, tremendous individuality, a sense of fun and gritty determination. Yet, it has never lost sight of its primary aim of achieving the ultimate lightness, embodied sturdily, with a well-defined performance edge. “
The company adds there will be an exciting addition to the Lotus lineup in the Philippines. “In the coming months, the new Lotus models Exige S automatic and Evora 400 will be added to the product lineup for our customers in the Philippines.”, said Miguelito Jose, Lotus Cars Manila General Manager.
Lotus Cars is the latest addition in the Autohub Group's brand lineup. The British sports car maker now joins Ford, Nissan, Mazda, Hyundai, Piaggio, along with two other iconic British brands, namely Rolls-Royce and Mini.
The Lotus Cars dealership is located beside the Mini dealership along Ortigas Avenue in North Greenhills, San Juan.
Prices for the Lotus lineup are as follows:
Lotus Elise S: PhP 4,650,000
Lotus Elise 220 Cup: PhP 5,350,000
Lotus Exige S Roadster: PhP 7,500,000
Lotus Evora Sport Racer: PhP 8,880,000
