Lynk & Co. highlights company's styling direction with new concept
Lynk & Co is ramping up their efforts to become a household name in China. Following the brand launch, and the reveal of the 01 crossover, they're currently testing a C-Segment sedan. This time around, the Chinese-Swedish automaker goes radical with the 'leak' of their latest concept car.
Dubbed the CCC Concept, the car features some signature Lynk & Co styling details wrapped in a futuristic body. At the front are high-mounted headlights, similar to those seen in the 01 crossover. There's also a slim grill which also hides secondary lights. Defined edges are seen at the corner of the front bumper, along with a host of air intakes.
Towards the rear, the fascia's design follows the theme of the front. Defined edges, character lines and and aggressive treatment can be seen at the back. It also has a slim tail light which is a single piece that runs the width of the concept. Some character lines can be seen on the side and it rides on large alloy wheels.
The CCC concept is a four-door hardtop as it features no B-pillar. The concept also has dihedral doors which stem from the center and swings upwards. As for the rest of the car's side profile, it follows a conventional “3-Box” design with a defined trunk. As of now, little detail has been shared by the automaker. They do say that, “"It's our cool design concept to show the design potential of the CMA platform”.
