Chevrolet Philippines officially introduces the 2017 Spark

An all-new A-segment hatchback has officially made its presence felt at the 2017 Manila International Show (MIAS). The Covenant Car Company Inc (TCCCI), the official distributor of Chevrolet cars in the country, has just launched the 2017 Spark. Looking more aggressive than before, the next-gen hatchback also gets an array of new in-car tech, as well as a new 1.4-liter Ecotec inline-four.

Compared to the previous generation, the 2017 Spark gets a more aggressive design. Up front, the all-new Spark gets sleeker headlights along with a revised dual-port grill. The top-spec LTZ model will come with LED daytime running lights (DRLs), projector halogens as well as heated & power folding side mirrors. Foglights, on the other hand, are available across the range.

The entry-level LT version comes standard with 14-inch alloy wheels while the bigger 15-inch set is only available for the LTZ. Also worth noting on the 2017 Spark are the window-mounted rear door handles which have been carried-over from the previous generation. Topping it all off are the new quarter-flanking taillights and new integral tailgate spoiler.
