With a modified MINI Countryman JCW

MINI together with French daredevil Guerlain Chicherit have posted a teaser video of their attempt to complete the world's first 'unassisted 360 degree backflip' in an automobile.

Using a specially modified Countryman John Cooper Works edition, Chicherit drives around a container yard and up a ramp for this attempt. The Countryman reportedly managed to get up to a height of 39 feet.


A standard Countryman JCW model has a 218 hp turbocharged 1.6-liter engine that has 299.5 Nm of torque and can go from 0 to a 100km/h in just 7 seconds and has a top speed of 225km/h.
