Mitsubishi Motors and BPI tie up
Taizo Furuhashi, MMPC's EVP for Marketing stated that "We welcome this partnership with BPI, as they are currently the market leader in overseas remittances from Filipino workers abroad. We expect that this Mitsubishi Motors-BPI Direct Balik Bayani auto program will be well received by Filipinos working in the Middle East, Europe, USA, and Asia. Now it will be a lot easier to invest on a Mitsubishi vehicle which will be entrusted to their immediate families or relatives here in the Philippines, whether it will be used as a private vehicle or for business".
Meantime, BPI Direct President, Raul Dimayuga said that "Mitsubishi vehicles such as the Adventure, L300FB, Strada and even the Fuzion will definitely appeal to most of our Kababayans abroad considering that these vehicles are affordable and at the same time have low running cost. Our BPI remittance centers around the world are more than ready to service the remittance needs of Mitsubishi buyers. "
