The seventh and latest member of the MINI family has finally received its John Cooper Works package and was officially unveiled at the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

The JCW Paceman now stands on 18" wheels and sports a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine mated to either a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox that churns out 218 PS at 6,000 rpm. THe engine produces 300 Newton-meters of torqueand is coursed through  Mini's new All4 all-wheel-drive system as standard and is capable of achieving a 0-100km/h in 6.5 seconds.

The usual JCW treatment is also present with tweaked suspension, anti-roll bars, JCW interior and exterior add-on trims, and a sports exhaust system.

There's still no news yet on when the JCW Paceman will be available locally although the MINI Paceman is set to be launched within the first quarter of the year according to MINI Philippines.
