Features sharp and aggressive exterior design
Following last week's reveal, Infiniti has released the complete details of the Q60 concept ahead of its debut at the 2015 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
As previously reported, the Q60 concept is dubbed as the brand's premium sports coupe, taking styling cues from the Q80 Inspiration and the Q50 Eau Rouge. The Q60 concept measures 4690 mm long, 1865 mm wide and 1370 mm tall. Up front, it has sharp-looking LED headlights, an aggressive bumper and a mesh grill finished in black. Turning at the side, it has a slim exterior mirrors and a low roofline.
The rear of the Q60 concept is characterized by sharp lines along with distinctive taillights, large bumper and an aerodrynamic tail spoiler. It has large dual exhaust pipes finished in chrome. The concept is finished off with 21-inch wheels painted in a mix of matte black and high-gloss chrome.
Inside, it has a two-tone interior theme of white and black along with carbon fiber trim. The concept features leather-wrapped instrument panel, steering wheel and door inserts. Moreover, Infiniti says the seats are made from premium saddle leather.
The Q60 concept is powered by a newly developed 3.0-liter V6 engine with direct injection and twin-turbocharging which was first previewed in the Q80 Inspiration during the 2014 Paris Motor Show. However, Infiniti has yet to release the power output rating of the said engine.
