Trade and retail booths for aftermarket products and services to fill up the hallways
The Philippines’ largest automotive aftermarket fair, the Manila Auto Salon is set to open its doors to thousands of car and truck enthusiasts at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia in Pasay City from November 14 to 17, 2013. The event promises to offer the hottest cars, show models and the latest aftermarket parts and accessories – a petrolhead’s dream come true.
Show organizer Tradeshow International revealed that trade and retail booths for products and services were booked out as early as September this year as aftermarket companies are coming in full force to present their latest product and service offerings in time for the Christmas season.
“Visitors will be happy to shop from a wide array of motoring products ranging from the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) for the budget-conscious to the Full Service ones for today’s more complex machines. The show is really a One-Stop-Shop and is the best time to buy Christmas gifts for your automotive enthusiast loved ones or even for yourself since new product launches will be made here and promotional sales are given.” according to Sophie delos Santos, Tradeshow International President.
The 2013 Manila Auto Salon exhibit profile includes vehicle maintenance products, performance parts and accessories, racing products, mobile electronics, vehicle styling, brake systems components, safety and navigation equipment, specialty equipment, chemicals & lubricants, clothing/memorabilia, wheels and tires, tools and service equipment, truck parts and accessories, off-road parts and accessories, paint, motorcyle oils, and various automotive publications
“We are exhibiting in the 2013 Manila Auto Salon to create more consumer awareness on how important seats are to the driver and for showcasing RECARO’s new products. We will show the importance of comfort and safety in seating for the driver and passenger; and why it is important to buy a genuine RECARO over counterfeit ones,” said Jeffrey Tan, Vice President of Excellar Enterprise, distributor of RECARO and BBS Wheels.
"The Philippines is totally car crazy and Filipinos love nothing better than showing off their pride and joy which is why the Manila Auto Salon is THE car show of the year. If showing off your pride and joy is your thing then whether you are a drift king, track star or just a car lover, the Drift HD Ghost allows you to capture the moment and share it almost instantaneously," shares Martin Shearsmith of Zephyre Group, distributor of Drift Cam.
Aside from good motoring stuff to buy, visitors will enjoy viewing over 100 custom cars, sport trucks, SUVs and Tuner cars vying for the Best of Show awards in all four categories. There will also be several exhibitor-initiated promo activities to complete their show experience such as the PETROL Fashion Show, Bardahl No-Oil Run Demonstration, and the Nintendo Wii MotoGP Challenge by Rainchem International, Inc. to promote their motorcycle oil products. Visitors get a chance to sit on a real motorcycle in a track set-up while facing a large TV screen. Prizes await winners.
Also this year, for the second time, the crowd drawing AFAD Defense and Sporting Arms Show, also managed by Tradeshow International will be held simultaneously in the next exhibit hall. The latter offers gun enthusiasts a much awaited One-Stop-Shop for PTCFOR.
