From designs to overall command

Peter Schreyer, the man responsible for Kia's design revolution, has now been appointed as the new President of Kia Motors Corporation, the first foreigner to assume the post.

Schreyer was hired from Volkswagen in 2006 to head up Kia's design department, and gradually his influence has revolutionized Kia's models worldwide. Some of Schreyer's notable models include the first generation Audi TT as well as the Volkswagen Beetle.

The German-born designer will assume his post as President of KMC, as well as retain his current position as head of design.
