The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) will be presenting the sixth edition of the Philippine International Motor Show, also known as PIMS. The motor show returns with the theme “Steer The Future” and tagline “Driving Progress, Empowering Society”. The show takes place at the World Trade Center from September 14-18, 2016.

PIMS aims to highlight the automotive industry’s valuable contributions to the advancement of the country and its economy. The motor show gathers 17 of the top car manufacturers and distributors as they showcase their latest vehicles and automotive technologies; BAIC, BMW, Daewoo Bus, Foton, Honda, Isuzu, Jeep, KIA, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan, Peugeot, Suzuki, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

“PIMS is proof that the automotive industry remains robust these past few years. We are excited to stage it this year as we lead Filipinos to a future of better mobility and transportation, and contribute to the country’s progress,” said Atty. Rommel Gutierrez, CAMPI President .

Last year, the automotive industry was able to surpass the target sales of 272,000 vehicles when the CAMPI members sold a total of 288,609 units. CAMPI says it remains confident that they will be able to once again reach their initial target this year on the back of continued supply of vehicles, attractive promos, and affordable financing schemes, among other economic indicators.

Additionally, several activities are prepared especially for car enthusiasts, prospective car-buyers, automobile business owners, or anyone who wants to be in the know with the Philippine automotive scene. These activities include the CAMPI Brand Heritage Exhibit, car club conventions, test drives, drift box activity, car wash activity, and kiddie day care activities.

Tickets for the 6th PIMS are priced at Php 100 and is available at any SM Ticket outlets. For further inquiry, you can either visit the site at or call 470 2222.
