Surprise inspection is part of QCPD's Oplan Lambat Sibat
Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director Police Chief Superintendent Joel Pagdilao announced the confiscation of several surplus automotive parts and accessories during a surprise inspection in Barangays Tatalon and Doña Josefa.
According to the QCPD, the confiscated parts and accessories were displayed for sale without proper documents.
QCPD Anti-carnapping (ANCAR) Section Chief Richard Ian Ang said that the confiscated items were from Richard Son Auto Shop, Front Gear Auto Parts, Talaue Auto Parts Supply, Renz Son Auto Parts, Inggo Auto Parts, Alcar Trans Auto Parts Supply and E.S Manuel Auto Supply.
Pagdilao added that the said operation is part of QCPD's "Oplan Lambat Sibat," an anti-criminality program led by DILG Secretary Mar Roxas and QC Mayor Herbert Bautista.
