Sao Paulo 2014: Chevrolet reveals S10 High Country, three other concepts image

S10 High Country is the more premium version of the Colorado

Chevrolet have introduced four new concepts during the 2014 Sao Paulo International Motor Show. The American automaker has revealed a pickup truck, a couple of hatchbacks and an updated version of the Cobalt.

The S10 High Country

Chevrolet may well be taking a page from Ford's Wildtrak pickup playbook with the S10 High Country concept introduced as the more premium verision of the Colorado. Up front, the S10 High Country is fitted with smoked headlights and a slightly revised bumper. The bed area features an overrider akin to that of the Ranger Wildtrak. The vehicle is finished off in 'red chili' and sits on 18-inch alloy wheels.

The interior of the S10 High Country is adorned with a two-tone interior theme that features Brownstone leather seats.

The Onix Track Day

The Chevrolet Onix Track Day concept

The Onix Track Day concept is based from the standard Onix hatchback which Chevrolet offers exclusively in Latin America.

The Onix Track Day concept has a front and rear spoilers along with a modified suspension, engine brakes and exhaust system. The exterior of the Onix Track Day concept has a bright yellow paint. The interior of the concept is equipped with sport seats and a 'flat base' steering wheel.

It is powered by a 1.8-liter ecotec engine and features a stainless steel exhaust system, a high flow air filter and an optimized ECU. Chevrolet claims the engine delivers more than 152 PS.

The Onix Effect

The Chevrolet Onix Effect concept

The Onix Effect is fitted with aerodynamic package and equipped with smoked head and tailights along with 15-inch wheels. The front grill and side mirrors of the concept comes with a gloss black finish. Other notable features of the concept are the stickers on the hood, sides and tailgate.

Inside, the Onix Effect has a multi-funtion 'flat base' steering wheel and the cabin is accented by red trims.

The Onix Effect is powered by a 1.4-liter engine that generates 108 PS. The engine is mated to a manual gearbox.

The Cobalt

The Chevrolet Cobalt

The Cobalt is treated with a refreshed styling that features a dark radiator grill and 16-inch wheels. Inside, Chevrolet says the Cobalt has a 'jet black' interior theme.
