Lexus's Mod Squad for SEMA
It seems Lexus is getting creative as the Japanese luxury automaker has commissioned DeviantArt, an online community of artists, for a creative execution to make the sport sedan 'even edgier'.
DeviantArt ran a contest for artists to design a rendering of the 2014 Lexus IS, receiving over 600 entries to be judged. After judging the numerous entries, it was Robert Evans' design that took first place (main image).
Evans' entry was followed by Lucia Lee in second place (above) Guanghao Huang taking third place (below).
The first place winner will have his concept completed in real life by VIP Auto Salon, and will be subsequently displayed at the Lexus booth at SEMA in Las Vegas. In addition to that, Evans will take home a 2014 Lexus IS F Sport for a 1 year lease, $2000 in cash and a trip to SEMA, among other things.
What do you think of these Lexus IS modified concepts?
