The most powerful truck in the company's history

When you need more power than what a factory-spec Ford Raptor can provide, you turn to a company with a rich history of tuning ‘premier performance cars.’

True to their form, Shelby American takes the Raptor and transforms it into a 700-horsepower beast with competition suspension, Baja-proven tires and calls it simply, the Shelby Baja 700.

Only 50 units will be made available to the public.

“This special edition Shelby Baja 700 was created to conquer any terrain.” said Joe Conway, co-CEO of Carroll Shelby International and CEO of Shelby American.

The Shelby Baja 700’s 6.2L V8 engine is now complimented with bigger throttle bodies and injectors, a more robust heat exchanger and a 2.9L Whipple supercharger taking its output all the way to 710PS. It uses BFGoodrich K02 All-Terrain tires on 18” custom wheels and optional Rogue Racing front and rear bumpers.

“In the best Shelby tradition, we took our already high-performance 575 horsepower Shelby Raptor and made it even more capable. Fifty lucky owners will have the baddest, best-handling and best-looking Shelby truck we offer. Not to mention, all of the interior fit-and-finish people expect from Shelby. It’s a truck that can thrive under the most extreme conditions,” said Shelby American Vice President of Operations Akos J. Feher.

“The off-road performance suspension system allows the Shelby Baja 700 to go most anywhere and stand out as it does so. We believe that we’ve built a truck with ultimate performance and off-road capabilities,” said Vince LaViolette, Shelby American Senior Designer and Test Driver.

The Shelby Baja 700 starts at $45,000 or Php2M++ and each of the 50 will be numbered and documented with a unique Shelby CSM number and entered into the official Shelby Registry.
