New concept design to underpin the dawn of the brand
The Škoda VisionC which unveils at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show is touted as the Czech automaker's new dawn for its brand direction. The concept features a dynamic and elegant five-door coupé which will represent a more expressive, dynamic and emotive brand. The concept is also the first five-door coupe chassis for Škoda.

The five-door coupe concept combines soft, slightly contoured, concave and convex surfaces, as well as sharp, precise lines to create an immediate impact. The front is a combination of confidence and energy, and as a radical conclusion, the tailgate adds an element of surprise. The 'Škoda VisionC' provides plenty of room for four people and their luggage.
The concept is based on Volkswagen Group’s MQB platform which has underpinned vehicles like the Audi A3, Volkswagen Golf, SEAT Leon and the Škoda Octavia. The platform architecture accommodates superminis to large family cars.
Under the hood is a 110 PS CNG/petrol bivalent (dual fuel) 1.4 TSI turbo engine, which consumes only 3.4 kg or 5.1 m3 CNG per kilometer, equating to CO2 emissions of only 91 g/km.
