A prototype 'Vanquish S' was spied making rounds at The Ring
As the Aston Martin Vanquish approaches its mid-model cycle, the British sports car marque is keen to maintain their flagship’s relevance by cooking up a hotter version of their grand tourer.
Dubbed the ‘Vanquish S’, our spies have spotted the hopped-up Vanquish in full prototype form making rounds around the Nürburgring. Seeing as Aston Martin have done the same with the previous Vanquish, this new version may see a slightly revised aero package as well as a bump in power from its V12 motor.
The prototype spotted at the 'ring' was seen with alterations that befit the aforementioned characteristics. Visual changes include a newly designed front fascia as well as a set of quad exhaust tips and a revised diffuser to finish the rear.
Considering that a more powerful 600PS version of the Vanquish V12 found its way into the limited edition Zagato, likely we may see more of the same in this new Vanquish.
