Supposedly updated Suzuki Ertiga photographed in Indonesia
The compact MPV segment may soon be on the uptake as spy shots of the supposedly updated Suzuki Ertiga were recently leaked on the web.
If the photos were to be believed, the refreshed Ertiga still dons the distinct shape of the pre-facelift version but gets a reworked front and rear. Immediately seen is the new 3-bar chrome grill and the clearer headlamp design. There also appears to be a new front bumper and reshaped fog lamp trims.
Over to the rear, it still gets the quarter-flanking taillights but the tailgate has been slightly reworked. It now has a thick chrome strip and additional stop lamp trim. The rear bumper appears to have been carried over though the centrally-mounted rear fog lamp has been omitted.
Details about the interior remain scarce though it is believed that it will get new features such as electric folding side mirrors, airbags on lower variants, automatic power windows, 50:50 split folding third row seats and a center console box with a charging socket.
The 1.4-liter K14B is expected to be carried over from the pre-facelift version.
It will be making its official debut this month at the 2015 Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS).
