With Cebu, Davao, and Manila legs done, the event will be concluded in Pampanga
Subaru Philippines has just concluded the Manila leg of the Subaru Impreza Challenge 2013 that started last Saturday, September 7 at the Bonifacio High Street.
The Manila leg started with 116 participants who were registered by 9am. It included young professionals, representatives from the Philippine Army and Navy, and contestants from last year’s challenge. The leg continued despite the weather alternating between the sunny and rainy throughout the day. The top 7 participants of the Manila leg include:
- Edward Vargas
- Robert Ocampo – Subaru Challenge veteran
- Edd Rael Marcos
- Carlos Antonio Creencia
- Alex Neblasca – Subaru Challenge veteran; Country Winner in Singapore (2012)
- Ariel Frayna
- Juan Furiscal, Jr.
Prior the Manila leg, 208 participants joined the Cebu and Davao legs where Jobert Estrera (Cebu) and Albert Saguillo (Davao) advanced to the top 10 list. The 10 finalists from the different legs will be representing the country in the Asian Finals in Singapore on October 26 to 29, 2013.
The Pampanga leg will be on September 14 with the aim of producing the last member of the Philippine team for the Subaru Impreza Challenge 2013. Stay tuned for more updates on this event.
