Special promos, financing rates to be offered during the 2015 Tanabata Festival

Motor Image Pilipinas Inc. (MIPI), the exclusive distributor of Subaru in the Philippines, will be giving away gifts along with special financing schemes next week in celebration of the 2015 Tanabata Festival.

To take place at all Subaru dealerships nationwide, this is the third year of the annual festival which is MIPI’s way of extending their appreciation to its customers for their continuous support to the brand.

The Tanabata Festival or “Meeting of the Seventh” is a Japanese star festival, originating from the Chinese Qixi Festival. It celebrates the meeting of the deities Orihime and Hikoboshi (represented by the stars Vega and Altair respectively). According to the legend, the Milky Way separates these lovers, and they are allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month of the lunisolar calendar.

Just like the meeting of the stars that happens only once a year, customers that will book reservation on the week of the Tanabata Festival are entitled to receive a gift from any Subaru showroom. Furthermore, customers may expect special promos or special financing schemes like 0% interest rate which will only be available during the week-long event. Several showrooms will also be festooned with decorations to allow customers to feel the Japanese festive mood.

This is the rare chance for customers to find and own the perfect Subaru they have been dreaming about. Interested customers may visit the Greenhills, Global City, Manila Bay, Alabang, Sta. Rosa, Batangas, Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro showrooms on July 13-19, 2015.
