Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMPC) celebrates selling 500,000 vehicles in its 19 years of operations this October. TMPC is the first automotive company to achieve such a feat. As one of the many ways to celebrate its achievement, Toyota awards its 500,000th Customer with a P100,000 gift certificate for parts and service.

TMPC, represented by Raymond Rodriguez, Vice President for Vehicle Sales Department, and Sherwin Chualim, National Sales Manager, awards its 500,000th Customer Ms. Carla Marie Bengzon with a P100,000 gift certificate of Toyota parts and services. Ms. Bengzon, a 20-year old resident of Pasay City, purchased her All New Vios 1.5 G automatic transmission at Toyota Otis last October 5, 2007. Atty. Reginaldo Oben, President of the said dealership, joins TMPC in recognizing Ms. Bengzon.

"The 500K sales milestone is indeed a remarkable achievement and we owe it to our 500,000 customers out there who have continuously given their trust and confidence in Toyota. Acknowledging Ms. Bengzon is only one of the many ways that we express our gratitude to the thousands of customers who have supported us through these years," expressed Sherwin Chualim.

"Toyota customers must rest assured that for the next vehicles that we will be selling, we will keep our commitment and responsibility of providing excellent products and services to our customers."

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation is the number one automotive company in the country. It is the first automotive company to achieve the feat of selling 500,000 vehicles since the start of its operations in 1988. Toyota has been the market leader for 17 years. It offers the widest vehicle line-up of 13 products, in all of its 26 outlets nationwide.
