With Fuel Efficient Models made more affordable
It understands that with the continuous surge of fuel prices, there is a need to be as cost effective as possible. For the month of June, 2008, Toyota sets the stage for its upcoming 20th Anniversary Celebration in August by making three of its bestselling and fuel efficient models, easily available. An Avanza, Innova, or Vios could be purchased for only P200 a day.
The Vios takes the lead for the small passenger car segment with a share of 25.2% or 848 units sold. Among its recognized attributes, its fuel efficiency is highlighted the most. The Vios' engine powered by intelligent variable valve timing system or VVT-I reaps more mileage points with an innovation of engine performance. The Vios was also awarded as the most fuel efficient vehicle available in the market by the Department of Energy (DOE) in 2006.
To share this innovative, fuel saving technology, Toyota promotes the Vios with Toyota Savings Plus (TSP) ranging from P20,000 to P40,000. TSP can be used for discounts, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) financing packages, accessories, chattel mortgage, or LTO registration. Furthermore, through the TFS Financing Scheme, the Vios 1.3J M/T is available for P191.30 a day for 72 months with a 50% down payment of P287, 500.
The Innova and Avanza, the two bestselling Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV) of the year with a combined market share of 48.2%, translates to more than 6,500 units sold. For the Avanza and the Innova gas models, the VVT-I technology is also applied while Innova diesel variants operate with the fuel efficient technology of D4D.
For the Innova, a TSP from P30,000 to P50,000 is offered for all variants. Through the TFS Financing Scheme, purchase an Innova for as low as P233.53 a day for 72 months with a down payment of P381,500 at 50%.
On the other hand, all variants of the Avanza are offered at P30,000. The TFS Financing Scheme makes it more possible to own with only P190.30 a day for 72 months and a 50% down payment of P296,000.
