Who says that minivans look boring?
Minivans may look boring, but Toyota intends to erase that stigma with the Japan-only Sienta.
In terms of the exterior, Toyota gave the 2015 Sienta a complete design makeover. With its sporty look, Toyota says the design of the 2015 Sienta is inspired by the shape of a trekking shoe. Up front, it is fitted with sweptback headlights, a massive grill and a large bumper.
The rear features distinctive taillights, a roof-mounted lip spoiler as well as a black bumper garnish.
Inside, it is configured with three-row seating, a three-spoke steering wheel, a touchscreen display and a two-tone interior theme. According to Toyota, the 2015 Sienta comes in three interior layouts: 7-seater, 6-seater and 5-seater.
The 2015 Sienta will have two engine options: standard and hybrid. The first power unit is a 1.5-liter gasoline engine that delivers 109 PS whilt the hybrid features a 74 PS gasoline unit along with an electric motor that generates a total output of 100 PS.
