Japanese automaker Toyota recently unveiled the 2015 Prius+ for the European market. The seven-seater hybrid MPV gets cosmetic updates, new color selections and added equipment after 2 years of the car's debut.

Looking at the front, the car is treated with a new upper grill along with a more prominent Toyota badge. The lower grill features a trapezoidal shape and is finished in metallic black. In addition, it incorporates the company's current design language. The overall width of the front fascia is made to look wider as both corners of the bumper have been revised, highlighting the flowing lines, air intakes and LED DRLs. The headlights now make use of a cylindrical projector that are equipped with LED lighting.

Two new colors available for the Prius+ in Europe will be Dark Sherry Metallic and Attitude Black Mica.

Aboard the cabin, the switch gear is covered in a dark silver metallic finish while chrome is applied to the air-conditioning dials, air vents and door handles. A new 4.2-inch TFT screen dominates the center console and can be controlled via the steering wheel controls. Other information displays present in the cabin include a clock, trip computer, cruising range fuel consumption and a Hybrid System and Energy monitor common to all Toyota hybrids. A standard interior amenity for the 2015 Prius+ is Toyota's Touch 2 multimedia system that consists of touchscreen capability, Bluetooth and reverse camera. It can be upgraded to Touch 2 with Go that adds satellite navigation, live traffic information, text-to-speech function and 3d city modeling with landmarking.
