Updated 2016 Volkswagen Jetta launched in PH

Volkswagen Philippines' stake in the passenger car segment gets a refresh for 2016 after the company recently revealed the updated Jetta during their annual thanksgiving party. Featuring a more defined exterior design, an array of interior refinements and DSG transmissions as standard, Volkswagen aims to widen the Jetta’s target market for 2016.

Starting with its exterior, the distinct shape relatively carries over from the pre-faclift version apart from some aesthetic changes. It gets redesigned front and rear bumpers, reshaped headlights and taillights and new alloy wheels. The 2.0L Comfortline sits on 17-inch ‘Queensland’ alloy wheels while the 1.4L Trendline gets the 16-inch ‘Navara’ wheels.
