Hotter the second time around
After a successful Hot Import Nights Manila last year, the popular US import tuner car show franchise is back for the second wave. Held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, the event easily drew thousands of spectators that were keen to keep abreast on the latest happening and trend to the car culture scene.
Similar to the original one, exhibitors poured their efforts on the car display itself and the models rather than the entire appearance of the booth. Tricked out rides in one way or the other lined the halls, some were packed with engine and performance modifications, others were packed with massive speakers, while some showcased wild paint schemes. While most went all out with their setups, others went the other way and kept it simple with a sleeper setup.
The car models on the other hand, came in mild to wild outfits as well as they try to wow the showgoers and outdo each other as the cameras clicked away.
Audel 'Dr. Drift' Sison showed his drifting skills to the crowd with his Nissan Silvia and offered taxi rides to several spectators on a Toyota 86.
With the show's theme being 'Hottest Summer Ever', spectators eagerly lined up to catch a glimpse of several HIN international models like Jeri Lee, Eva Skye, Daniel Riel, and Nicole Duminie who performed that night. The queue easily piled up as the eager crowd awaited in excitement for the VIP party that was scheduled on the first night.
