Rejetting Toyota Corona

posted February 18, 2010 15:14

Hi Gibs, I recently bought a '93 model Toyota Corona 2.0L. I noticed that my gas consumption is about 5km per liter city driving here in Baguio while it runs at around 11.5km per liter on highways. How much do I need to rejet the carb to lessen my gas consumption but would still have enough strength driving uphill and can comfortably run at max 90km/h (highways)? Thanks!

Bok

You can use a primary of 100 and a secondary of 150, the power will diminish but I think it can still go up to Bagiuo easily. Thanks for writing!
