What is a grounding wire kit and what does it do? Does it really make your headlights brighter and your radio louder? Is it available in all 2000 model cars or is it an accessory? Thanks.

Yes it's an accessory that you can buy for any car. It supplements the existing grounding of the vehicle, helpful when you have many electronic accessories installed in your car. Older cars would benefit from this as the ground wires deteriorate through time. With a 2000 year model car like yours, it won't benefit much yet. If you decide to have one installed, make sure a certified auto electrician does this for you or else you might end up with costly repairs.
