The best steering lock you can get is probably d Abloy brand from Finland. It's made out of tool steel and bullet and saw proof. It'll cost you around 5t and it's available in some stores in the Banawe area. I'm not familiar with autolock but the club once used properly can give effective results. That will cost you 2t.
The best car alarm fpr me is the Viper. The price is around 3t. The choice is yours of what is better suited for you.
