I currently own a Strada '01 model. I have heared so much about manual/electronic turbo boost controllers and I'm contemplating on adding one to my pick-up. Would it really increase the horsepower and torque rating? Up to what psi boost is safe? How about it's affect on engine life? I heard that it drastically reduces engine life.

Dear Roy,
The electronic boost controller won't reap benefits with a Strada because you're a diesel. The manual bleed type valve similar to a bleeder in an aquarium is better and more effective because it's preset. The benefits are more torque at low rpm and more kick ass top speed. Tnx 4 writing.
