Good day, my question is I recently bought a second hand toyota Corona with a 1S engine
from what I researched it was of 1832cc but then the site said the kilometer/liter ratio was
15/L. This car only goes half of the said consumption what can I do to have it go to as far as 10-12 km/l? Thanks and what a great site.

Dear Emil,
Re-jet the carb from 130 and go down to 105. Don't go over 3500rpm and a max of 80kph. Yup, you'll go 15 km per liter. I've done it. Would you belive in the Isuzu Challenge in Cebu my Crosswind went 60 kms per liter while my opponent went 83 kms per liter? You better believe it. Tnx 4 writing.
