Wiggle at 90km/h & up

Hi Sir,

I have a 1992 Galant Gti, the problem is, everytime I step on the gas at the speed of 90km/h or higher, the car starts to wiggle especialy in the front part. I have already checked the balance of the tires & its Ok. What seems to be the problem?
